Who we are
In-house manufacturing from day one
Since the 1980s, Civiair has manufactured the core components of its refrigeration systems in-house. This decision allowed us to develop deep technical knowledge across materials, processes and real-world operating conditions.
Today, our production model is built on process control, continuous improvement and direct ownership of the product — from the first cut to the final leak test.
We produce approximately 300 refrigeration units per year for the Argentine market, with a network of representatives and technical support across the country.

Why Civiair
Built in Argentina. Owned end to end.
01
In-house design and manufacturing
Structures, sheet metal and heat exchangers are designed and produced at our plant in San Miguel. Every unit carries our engineering from the inside.
02
Complete process under one roof
Laser cutting, forming, assembly, mechanical expansion, welding, wiring harnesses and leak testing — no subcontracting of critical stages.
03
Continuous improvement culture
We apply lean manufacturing practices — standardisation, process control and waste reduction — to sustain operational stability and product consistency.
04
Direct technical support
When there is a problem, it is handled by someone who built the equipment. No escalation chains, no delays.
